Introduction

In my previous Personal Development Plan (PDP) as highlighted previously, I highlighted specific initiatives which I aimed at attaining particular goals academically and professional life. In my previous PDP, I had delved on the approach which I agree would be instrumental in assisting me to achieve in individual learning, performance and achieve and equally plan for my individual, education, social and development of my career. Nevertheless, since making plans within the PDP, there is specific changes which I have identified occurring in my career, social and learning process. In equal measures, I have improved in different areas which I had pointed as my weaknesses and threats in my previous PDP. In this paper, I will reflect on my performance against my plan and identify whether there is any further development needed and hence updating my plan accordingly.

Reflection In regard to my academics, I have increasingly achieved, and as a consequence, my average grades have improved from the previous B plain to A minus grade. This is primarily since I have been in a better position of developing clear SWOT analysis recognizing my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Apart from the academics, I have equally gained in my areas of social life, extra-curricular activities and different practices I am embroiled in during my active learning process. I identified my strengths as personnel administration, confidence in times of uncertainties, maximum leverage on opportunities and team leadership and HR certification. In regard to weaknesses, I identified challenges with work/life balance, limited planning skills, low skills in team management, limited capacity in finance management and financial planning.
