Question:
Your line manager has approached you this morning to ask you about the organisation’s current induction strategy. It has been failing for many months now and she thinks you are the person to fix it.
Before doing so, your line manager has asked you to build a short proposal on the ways in which it can be done. Your task is to write a mini literature review of around 1000-1500 words which reviews the definition of induction, the forms it comes in and some critique from the authors on the ways it can improve organisational performance or otherwise. Please share with your tutor at least one journal article that you have found to establish the quality of reading material that you are reviewing.
All submissions should be in the region of 1,000 – 1,500 words and references should be added in the Harvard Referencing Format. There is a Harvard Referencing tutorial in the Resources Area which outlines the formatting required.
