This report is informed by request by Space Autonomous Drones interest to have a detailed review of whether to venture into the Abu Dhabi drone market. The report provides a compilation of the analysis carried out and recommendations from the investigation provided. PESTEL (Political, Economic, Socio-cultural, Technological, Economical, Environment and Legal) analysis was carried out in the investigation. This has been used in investigating the macro-environment and deduction of if the environment is appropriate for investment. Nevertheless, in the analysis, only Political, Economic and Technological factors have been considered in the analysis. The social, legal and environmental factors have not been recognized as they are related to the political phenomenon.
The political environment in UAE is stable despite the frequent instabilities in their neighboring countries which is a suitable environment for Space Autonomous Drone of being assured of their success in the industry. Similarly, the economic phenomenon in the country is robust with the indicators of growth demonstrating a state under rapid progress in the entire Middle East. Technological factors are equally under a significant growth and directly in line with the set and objectives by the Space Autonomous Drones Company. Their venture in the industry would play an instrumental role and determinant of the extent to which the level of technology embracement in the areas of retail sector would be instrumental.
