I disagree. From my experience working and at the same time learning, it is evidently clear that face-to-face communication is the best approach as compared to technology use. Despite of the evident benefits incurred by students in using technology in their learning, the disadvantages overpower the advantages. From an individual context, it is a significant challenge ensuring that a message is appropriately shared to a large amount of people at the same time. At one point when COVID-19 pandemic emerged, the learners were faced with a significant problem of communicating due to communication breakdowns.
