So you could now draft up your one for Developing Professional Practices before you move to study your next unit.

1.0 Introduction
CPD can be identified as any learning outside the undergraduate education or the postgraduate training that assists an individual in maintaining and improving their performance with an ultimate aim of improving their practice. According to McGuire (2014), CPD is inclusive of the development of an individual knowledge, their skills, attitudes and the behaviours across all segments of their professional practice. It is hence inclusive of both the formal and informal learning activities for an individual professional development. This is since the credibility of the human resources and learning and development profession is anchored critically on the commitment of individual members for a continuing self-improvement. It is in this regard that Beausaert et al. (2011) observed that CPD offers are the relevant tools and resources that assist an individual in building a purposeful learning into the routine of their professional life ensuring an active maintenance of professional knowledge and competence. In this report, my individual CPD has been evaluated in detail, reflections and individual PDP discussed based on the 8 different modules in the current course.
1.1 My CPD
In the initial steps of professional development, I had highlighted on the specific initiatives which I aimed at attaining particular goals academically and professional life in areas of improving my wellbeing and ultimate satisfaction. In my previous CPD, I had delved on the approach which I agree would be instrumental in assisting me to achieve in individual learning, performance and achieve and equally plan for my individual, education, social and development of my career in my current organisation placement. Nevertheless, since making plans within the CDP, there is specific changes which I have identified occurring in my career, social and learning process all leading to positive achievement and an improvement from the initial position. In equal measures, I have improved in different areas which I had pointed as my weaknesses and threats in my previous CDP. In this paper, I will reflect on my performance against my plan and identify whether there is any further development needed and hence updating my plan accordingly. This is particularly for all the units that I had done in all the 8 modules.
