Creativity: Diversity aims to employ workers from different backgrounds to provide tangible and intangible benefits to the organization. This can include employing workers with cultural and language skills that can lead to greater reach for the business. Diversity can contribute more creative ideas to the mix. Employees from different backgrounds bring in a variety of solutions on how to achieve a common goal. Also, more ideas are formed because team members are culturally diverse.
Positive Reputation: It is evident that the companies with diversified workplace do not practice employment discrimination. Potential employees want to know that employers treat their staff fairly regardless of gender or any other backgrounds. Such attitude can enhance and augment image of the organization.
