This chapter explains the methodology that was used to achieve the research aim and objectives of the present study. The structure of the chapter is based on the ‘research onion’ by Saunders et al. (2012) which indicate that the main components of the methodology chapter include research philosophy, research design, research strategy and data collection techniques.
