An organization or company employs performance management as a vital process where team leaders and members collaborate to strategically plan, monitor, and evaluate objectives and work goals. This teamwork not only aligns with the organization’s vision but also ensures compliance with company policies. The core aim of performance management is to foster an integrated approach, where every element of the organization actively contributes to achieving overarching goals. By doing so, we create a united and high-performing team capable of driving the organization towards success (Atmaja, D. S, 2022, 6).

The organization’s performance management framework necessitates a proactive and systematic approach from the team to undertake a thorough inventory of the essential models that are critical to our operational success. This initiative requires the team to work closely with team leaders across various departments to meticulously assess and prioritize these models based on their tangible impact on key operational processes. In this process, it’s crucial to evaluate each model not only for its effectiveness in driving operational efficiency but also for its alignment with the overarching strategic objectives of the company. Furthermore, the team must ensure that all recommendations and prioritizations are implemented in a manner that respects and reinforces the organization’s cultural values and principles. By doing so, we aim to foster a collaborative atmosphere that supports innovation while enhancing our operational capabilities. This careful deliberation will ultimately lead to improved performance outcomes and a thriving organizational environment (McKenna, E., 2020, 48).
