1. Project Purpose and summary (A.C.1.1)
Include change context, project objectives and benefits

2. Project Approach (A.C. 1.2; 2.1; 2.2)
This should include:
 A description of the main aspects of the organisational change, and expectations for the programme of OD activity; and an explanation of the link between the different change management approaches, and OD activity.
 A justified summary of chosen approach to change management, and detailed discussion of tools and approaches for organisation development activity, (referencing theory, research or good practice case study as relevant). At least three tools / models / approaches should be discussed in relation to why they are appropriate and how they will be applied.

Solution:
1. Project Purpose and summary
As part of the organizational development, there has been a need for changing their current IT and telephone networks which was installed in the early mid 1990’s with some of the parts being in existence as early as the 1990’s. It is evident that on the basis of the overall changes in the organizational technological systems, the systems being adopted by the organisation are significantly outdated. In this case, they lack any capacity of supporting the essential data and voice transfer throughput leading to an increasingly poor performance among their users. Additionally, their current network in the organisation is currently established in a piecemeal fashion and as such they lack any form of resilience in the system leading to implications on the regular single points of failure in all their networks.
As part of strategic organisation development, failure to upgrade the system would have an implication of the organisation failing in exploiting new technologies and the efficiencies associated with such undertakings. Additionally, the system would equally be prone to a significant increase in the failures with a consequent adverse implications on the functioning of the organisation. Currently, there is already a significant level of dissatisfaction within the organisation due to the organisation operations and failure to holistically accommodate the modern technology.

2. Project Approach
In this project, the primary role and approach would include provision of an upgraded network with a potential of combining all the wired, wireless and mobile data and telephony. A successful implementation of the project would lead to positive implications of an increased and faster access to network and a significantly improved e-learning capabilities in the organisation. This would equally be inclusive of provision of increased protection against any form of network damage and provision of maximum reliability for the majority of their involved users. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..Please click the paypal icon below to receive the entire assessment at $10 only
