3 Years Turnover Rates (Occupational Groups, Reasons for Leaving and Peaks and Troughs Through each Year
As noted by Kovner et al. (2014), the turnover rates are a representative of the employees leaving an organisation percentages annually. In order to record and analyse the Al Ain Zoo company data, it is essential to put into consideration the number of employees leaving every occupational group in the last three years. In this case, the occupational groups in the company are as shown in table 1 below;

Taking into consideration the table and graphs above, different reasons for leaving the AL Ain company have been provided. It is evident that all the professional levels have different reasons prompting their employees to leave their organisation. The identified reasons included Termination for Disciplinary Reasons, Retirement, Resignation and Termination. Others included According to Employment Contract Condition, Executive Council Decree, and Unfit for the Job during Probationary Period. The termination for disciplinary reasons topped the reasons for employee dismissal from the company.
