Solution

As evidenced in Szydło and Grześ-Bukłaho (2020) organisation culture identify appropriate way of behaving within an organisation business environment. It is inclusive of shared beliefs and values set by a leader and later communicated and reinforces in different methods eventually managing perceptions of employees, behaviour and appreciation. Further, in the CIPD HR Professional Map, workplace culture is categorised as a core knowledge and identified in CIPD (2022b) as appreciating people behaviour and establishment of right organisation culture. This can either be adhocracy culture (dynamic), clan culture (people-oriented), hierarchy culture (process-oriented) and market culture (results oriented, competitive compete culture) as evidenced in Charles Handy Model (Karapancheva, 2020).

Additionally, in a workplace, culture ensure leadership and strategic organisation direction and management are influencing workplace culture to a significant scope. For instance, in Deloitte (2022) report, it had established that 94% of the executives and 88% were in agreement corporate culture is core for successful business operations. The importance of this include;

 Establishing clear ethos and Organisation Values- An organisation is best placed in ensuring that they pursue appropriate policies and actions including going green/social changes. Appropriate organisation core values communication in an effective and discussion with staff for feeling part of the process.

Harnessing Collaboration and Communication- The leadership and management style is based on encouraging team-based operations, open and honest communication core for establishing positive workplace feeling. This is integral in MNGHA culture.

Establishing an inclusive working environment- As evidenced in Wolfgruber et al. (2021), inclusive work environment lead to employees achieving a feeling of being of immense value, support system and nurtured. This is with similar opportunities for progression in their roles.

Creating Clear Goals and Rewarding Employees- An appropriate workplace culture is identified in Forbes (2022) to lead to 80% of employees motivation and involved in executing their job functions. This is while leveraging on entire opportunities with performance effectively measured.
