Feedback related to my ability of working inclusively
Working in my current organisation, my first assignment was to implement a new and modernised workplace initiative. The initiative was for managing all the records of employees as opposed to using the traditional filing process for all the employee’s data and information. After successfully executing this project, one of the employees who is my colleague acknowledged my ability to enhance inclusion. The feedback highlighted that I was able to involve all people where they all participated actively and in particular the employees who failed to leverage on an opportunity for contributing to the organisation issue.
All my colleagues were appreciative of how flexible I was to accept each person opinion and capacity for ensuring all individuals involvement in a team-based operations. As part of this feedback obtained, my colleagues had highlighted I am very strong when it comes to improving inclusion by promoting scope of engagement amongst different teams and appropriate ideas sharing since all members of the teams had a freedom of sharing ideas. A highlight was provided that my strategy was appropriate in communication professionally amongst all players and two-way feedback provision. This had a positive implication of initiating an appropriate and holistic culture of involvement/participation beginning from the start of the initiative to its completion.
Feedback on Ability for Building Positive Working Relationship
In regard to cross-functional project pursued for streamlining operations, an employee whom we were working with highlighted my interpersonalised skills for fostering positive work relations. They insisted that I am able to actively engage in listening and practicing empathy hence building how the trust trusts me.
All my colleagues found my input valuable in prioritising on each one opinion and being flexible in my workplace strategy. This is holistic for initiating a culture informed by mutual respect for all and cooperating. They highlighted on interpersonalised skills and capacity to be friendly and easily approach all my issues. The feedback noted that this assist to improve interpersonalised skills and the capacity for friendliness to build a strong union amongst teams hence achieving intended project outcomes.
