Collegial Model- Theory of Human Behaviour
According to Tezcan-Unal (2018), collegial model highlight on the need for implementing a team-oriented work practice in modern entities. This is similarly assigning different tasks amongst them for harnessing an increase in job efficiency and achieving entire objectives.
The core advantage linked with the application of this model is informed by its capacity to promote an increase in knowledge of employees capacity to execute their job functions.
