Before doing so, your line manager has asked you to build a short proposal on the ways in which it can be done. Your task is to write a mini literature review of around 1000-1500 words which reviews the definition of induction, the forms it comes in and some critique from the authors on the ways it can improve organisational performance or otherwise. It is these activities that organisations ought to actively engage where the overall aims for increasing productivity and motivation of employees is harnessed. This has a direct impact on improving the culture of an organisation and to attract a high calibre of employees. The involved employees have a high likelihood of being actively committed if the quality of the organisations training activities is significantly high. For the purpose of leveraging maximumly on the induction process, all the training process ought to be directly linked to the strategic mission of an organisation. This will in turn assist an organisation in realising their set goals.
