5. The report also must contain logical conclusions and recommendations in the end.

Abstract

This report focuses on evaluating the research carries out for understanding the extent in which the banks can use CRM in building a strong relationship with the existing and prospective customers with a strategic target of increasing their overall profitability and overall market share with the Emirates NBD being used as a case study company of study. At the start, a brief introduction of the company has been provided with a brief on its market of focus, customers, market share and financials.

Other areas of this study have included the topic selection, research question, aim and objectives of the research all identified in relation to all the factors to be considered in the research for an elaborate direction of the study. A literature review has equally been carried out and critically analysed for understanding the overall relevance of the selected research and a successful inclusion in the current study.

Additionally, this report has included a description of the data collected and their relevance to the current study. A sample is identified that is essential for the current study and selection of a SMART research question. The quantitative technique has been noted to be the most efficient for the study. Through a questionnaire, relevant data has been sourced and later analysed to generate relevant findings.
